Q: What type of deposit and payment schedule can I expect?

A:     It is standard for most owners require a booking deposit of 10% to 50% of the rental to confirm the reservation. Full payment is expected 8 weeks prior to your check-in date. 

It is important you submit all payments as specified in the rental agreement in order to avoid losing your reservation and/or your booking deposit.
