A:     The homeowner or property manager will provide you with:

• The property’s physical address, map/driving directions to the rental, gate codes and any other property access detail

• Keys (one of the following)

-A physical set of keys

-Instructions for using the numerical key-pad lock

-The name of the person who will greet you at the rental with key
