Q:     Can I make changes to the basic page set-up?

A:  No, our listing templates are set up to present property information in a consistent way for ease of traveler navigation.  Descriptions, rates, headings and photos appear in the same place for every listing, so travelers can access the information quickly and conveniently.

Q:     What are some important listing sections that I should complete?  

A:  There are many important listing sections you should not overlook when creating your listing for the first time. 

Be sure you fill out the following:

• Your email address as well as phone number where travelers can reach you on the “Contact” tab.  While we do not publish your email address on your listing for security purposes, we need an email address so we can forward you any inquiries we receive about your property.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms tables on the “Amenities” tab
• Rates Table on the “Rental Rates” tab

Q:     When will my listing be live?  

A:  Once you have paid and entered the minimum required fields, our staff will review your listing for approval.   Within 5 business days, your listing will be published live on the site.
