                                      Family trip of a lifetime

                                      4 of 5
Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. We travelled as a family (2 adult and 6 kids) and everyone agreed throughout the trip that it was a magnificent place. We had booked the chef for the week and whatever Chef Lio cooked for us was tasty and in great quantity. Maid and gardener worked really hard to maintain the place always good looking and they truly achieved this. Beds were comfortable and sheets were changed daily. The site is charming and great for relaxation. We felt secure during all our trip. Whatever the owner mentioned or wrote about this house is true. A seafront house is a lot of work to maintain in good shape and they work year round to do so was I told. The beach is a little rocky but the house offers beach shoes in quantity so do not worry. Staff will make sure your stay is nice.....be nice to them! The owner answers any questions you might have with 24 hours. He very often replied to me in less than 15 minutes so that also secured us. Cheers!

A Piece of Heaven with Angels

                                      5 of 5
We just got home from 10 days at Casa Escocesa. We walked in and it was soooo much prettier than the pictures show. The warm breezes, the ocean waves, the space and probably what added to our joy and enjoyment were Elder and Elda, and their daughters Amzi and Abi. We got in after dark and part of our group was already there. We were given guacamole and salsa made by Elda and left over kabobs. It was delicious. What we learned in the days to come is how accommodating Elder and Elda were and they only goal was to make our 10 day stay incredible. We never wanted for anything. The food was just there every day, delicious and the table set so pretty and if we needed something, Elder made it appear. It was without a doubt the best pampering, and much needed. Totally recommend having Elda cook for you, both she and Elder our delightful to have around. We also saw a lot. Beach in Tulum, Town of Tulum, Ruins in Coba (had a wonderful tour there, and you can actually still climb on the ruins, Elder's suggestion), lunch at the ruins (not as good as Elda's cooking, but very good), Playa del Carman/shopping and beaches, Cozemel, Xel Ha (swim with the dolphins, snorkel and chocolate massage...) but by far the hidden secret was Akumal Lagoon (didn't have time for beach which is known for turtles, particularly May to October) and like a dream. Amazing fish with out waves, it's between carved out Limestone and there are beautiful paths with many bronze statues...like a dream.. Sunsets were beautiful. Even had a wonderful massage right on the patio of the house our last night that Elder arranged. Heavenly! Thank you for providing such a wonderful, peaceful place to stay and with Elder and Elda, our angels.

                                      Tres Palmeras

                                      5 of 5
Beautiful and well cared for home with kind and efficient caretakers. Right on beautiful beach so you can go to sleep with waves crashing. Very relaxing and low key with easy access to snorkeling, ruins, dining, fishing, shopping and more. We enjoyed just laying out on the back deck by the pool. We took our three teenagers and they enjoyed it too. We'd go back!
