Great place to stay

5 of 5
We had a great stay here. The location is nice because it is outside of the noisy main hotel zone but still close enough to catch one of the inexpensive shuttles that run every 5 minutes to the main area. It is also closer to the main freeway than the hotels in the central hotel zone, if you want to visit the Mayan ruin or one of the many Cenotes. The apartment is simple and practical with all you need to make your own meals if you like. There are two stores in the complex to buy basics. The beach in front is clear of debris and one of the best with great body surfing waves. Also, the restaurant in the complex has great food, reasonably priced with very good wait staff and they have wood fired pizza. Yum.

Nice & cute hotel right on the beach!

5 of 5
Loved being right on the beach & the pool was nice & clean! Not all inclusive (only bad part) which I do recommend all inclusive! But if you're just wanting to get away, it's a great price for the week & you could budget your meals! The restaurant there was awesome & it had very good breakfast!!! I enjoyed my stay and visiting Cancun!!

The Good and Bad of it All

4 of 5
The Good: Great location to shopping, restaurants, night life. The condo was clean and well appointed. The views are amazing, and the beach is less than a stones throw away. Paula (owner) was super to work with; took our numerous phone calls and emails and helped us immensly. The staff was awesome.....zero complaints in that department; friendly and helpful. The Salvia is a bit worn, but unless you are a "princess/prince" it was fine. The Bad: Noise! 4 of our 6 nights the Night Club next to the Salvia had their speakers out on the beach.....it was a constant loud boom-boom-boom until 3-4am, Even with all windows closed and earplugs in, it was still audible......we napped during the day. The other 2 nights we heard the discos from the main ave. and could block much of that with the windows closed. If you are young, stay out late, and want to be close to Las Vegas like discos.....great place. Beyond noise, I would recommend.
