All we had hoped and more!

5 of 5
Our Supper Club just returned from an amazing stay in Casa de Passalacqua. We had the best time. The location is amazing...so close to the beach and 5th Avenue. We walked the beach morning and night, enjoyed the activity, sites, and tastes of 5th Ave., especially La Parilla Restaurant. The house was PERFECT for chilling by the pool, reading, enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and just enjoying the company of friends. Carlos' family cooked us a wonderful meal, Aldo was over the top with trips to and from the airport and to the ruins of Coba, which was a fantastic day trip(and we suggest a guide in the beginning). and the sweet lady who came to clean was perfect as well. There aren't words for how wonderful the total experience was! We would recommend it to anyone heading to Playa de Carmen. The Bentonville Supper Club, Bentonville AR

Had a great time!

Beautiful house, and very convenient to the bus line, and the public beach. My daughter really enjoyed the two pools that were available in the complex! We didn't leverage the kitchen to cook as much as we could have, but everything you would need was available. The pictures are quite accurate; the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. There were four of us on this trip, but could certainly see it being very comfortable for a larger party. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place, but could use some maintenance.

Although in general the place was great. We found some cracked dishes, and insufficient for the amount of guests. Several of the blinds didn't work and batteries for the AC were dead. The worst part was a toilet that didn't flush right, some dirty cabinets full of salt, and dirty dishes inside the cabinets. This demerits the place a lot, specially considering that you are charged a $70USD cleaning fee at check out. Which by the way I wasn't told up front but instead I was made aware of on the contract that was sent to me after the deposit was paid. The location is great, just steps from the beach. In general the entire property is great, but more attention should be paid to by the cleaning personnel. Also, once I called the owner, he Immediately sent a crew to clean the kitchen and fix the toilet.
