                      Had a great time!

                      5 of 5
Beautiful house, and very convenient to the bus line, and the public beach. My daughter really enjoyed the two pools that were available in the complex! We didn't leverage the kitchen to cook as much as we could have, but everything you would need was available. The pictures are quite accurate; the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. There were four of us on this trip, but could certainly see it being very comfortable for a larger party. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place, but could use some maintenance.

                      4 of 5
Although in general the place was great. We found some cracked dishes, and insufficient for the amount of guests. Several of the blinds didn't work and batteries for the AC were dead. The worst part was a toilet that didn't flush right, some dirty cabinets full of salt, and dirty dishes inside the cabinets. This demerits the place a lot, specially considering that you are charged a $70USD cleaning fee at check out. Which by the way I wasn't told up front but instead I was made aware of on the contract that was sent to me after the deposit was paid. The location is great, just steps from the beach. In general the entire property is great, but more attention should be paid to by the cleaning personnel. Also, once I called the owner, he Immediately sent a crew to clean the kitchen and fix the toilet.

                      Two Families Traveling Together

                      5 of 5
We just returned from an amazing trip. We were traveling with our four adult kids (ages 18 to 21) and another family with three adult kids ages 18-21). The Villa was perfect for us. We have done the all inclusive and cruises only to not see our children during the trip because we had to have seperate rooms. We wanted one roof and a group setting. This was perfect. Centrally located and close to everything just by walking. We prepared meals, had coctails and just hung out all together, lots of laughter and fun. My kids 18, 18, 20, 21 all agreed this topped our Hawaii trip just because we were together yet they had their space. Senior Frogs is just a walk down the beach for them, because we did not want them around 5th Ave. 5th Ave is fine but very touristy. We were able to get off the path and find the local flavor and inexpensive cost. One place we took our own cooler for drinks and each ate for $2.50 a piece (we went twice!). We went to Walmart for groceries and with a meal plan, ate and drink at the villa together for $18 per person per day. Carlos was very attentive and offered suggestions to again go where the locals go for snorkling and Cenote swiming, controling the cost. We catered a meal in one night, cooked by his 70 year old aunt and it was totally amazing! Ms. Eleornora (the owner) has been very gracious and completely helpful during our several months of planning. The villa is a VERY short walk to the beach, we took the chairs from the deck with us because it was so short. There is a short cut to fifth avenue at the end of the street which travels right by the ruins. For snorking check out Paamul!!!! Kentuchi is great Cenote and only $29 for the day! We all agree after returning home we are going through vacation withdrawls and miss each others company in the kitchen. Jump on this villa if you get a chance it is truly amazing. Karen
