Christmas visitor

5 of 5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, the living area perfect for ourselves and when our daughter and her children visited, and we really liked being on the first floor. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with. There was a great deal of snow during our stay and the Aspens management crew kept the parking lot and walkways cleared. We would certainly consider using the Hogan's home again on our next stay if it is available.

Well equipped condo provided a good base for the Tetons/Jackson Hole area!

4 of 5
We were two, 65+ couples on our first trip to the Jackson Hole area and this condo generally proved to be a good choice for our needs. It was comfortably furnished, the kitchen was well equipped and extras like toiletries, laundry products and paper towels were in plentiful supply. We make use of the small gas grill on the screened in balcony/porch and the full-sized washer and dryer was put to good use before we left after 7 nights on the road. As noted in the ad the condo was conveniently located to Jackson for shopping, restaurants, etc. We'd recommend Bubba's Barbeque in Jackson not only for good ribs, brisket and pulled pork but the non-barbeque members of our group really liked the salmon and grilled chopped steak. They also have a very extensive salad bar. The condo is also less than 30 minutes to the main Tetons National Park entrance. (While there is a "south" entrance to the park that is only 5 miles from the condo, the first portion of that rode, once inside the park, is unpaved and bumpy so for your car's sake we'd recommend the other route.) One drawback to the unit for us was the fact that entry into the main level of the unit was on the second floor, required a 15-stair climb and those stairs are at the other end of the building from the parking area. This coupled with the limited available parking when we arrived made getting our stuff in the door quite a task so if mobility is an issue, this may not be the place for you. That notwithstanding, we'd return to this place if we were back in this area and would readily recommend it to friends/family.

Some additional information on this property

5 of 5
We had a pleasant stay. The condo is very nicely decorated and in great condition. The kitchen is very well furnished with dishes, cooking supplies, seasonings. There was even a vacuum and broom in a bathroom closet to clean the floor, if you need to. One of our main concerns was whether our family of five would have enough room in such a small condo with only one bedroom. We were very comfortable because the design is extremely efficient with plenty of storage. The kitchen has many drawers and cabinets. Then there are the large and deep cabinets and drawers along the hallway which are available for use. The window bed is a full size twin bed which my son used. Our daughters shared the sleeper queen sofa. We did not try it ourselves, but they had no complaints. The location of the condo within the area was not clear to us until we arrived. It is located in the Aspens which is an upscale well maintained housing and condo community. The actual unit is on the ground floor of a six unit condo building. It is not an isolated building out in the country, but rather more like being in the suburbs. The Aspens is on route 390 or Moose-Wilson road. It was a convenient location. If you travel north you pass by Teton Village and then enter the very south gate of Grand Teton Natl Park without going through town. If you travel south and turn onto route 22 you enter Jackson. The entire rental process is handled through a rental company, not directly with the owners, but the company was very helpful and easy to deal with.
