Excellent condo in a great place

5 of 5
We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The condo is beautifully appointed and presented and has all you need for an extended stay....fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, WiFi etc The location is about 15 minutes from Jackson and a few minutes to the Grand Teton National Park. The store at the Aspens is a great little supermarket and liquor store and there are several good restaurants within a few minutes without the need to travel into Jackson. Our best surprise was to see three female moose all with calves within a couple of hundred yards of the condo...one mother and calf right outside the condo.

More than we expected!

5 of 5
My husband and I recently stayed at Rosie and Mark's lovely guest apartment. We were so pleased with everything from the decor, immaculate condition, comfortable queen size bed, kitchen, and stunning views. Staying here is an experience we will always remember and so much nicer than being in a hotel in town. The location is perfect, just 29 miles from Yellowstone and 24 miles from Cody. We enjoyed sitting on the deck where we had the Shoshone River right below us and beautiful mountains across the river. Rosie and Mark were so gracious and helpful. They know the area well and helped us plan our day trips. Their two guest apartments are true gems!

Saratoga's Finest

5 of 5
The Roan Hill Ranch Guesthouse is the kind of place I don't want to tell others about because I selfishly want to keep it to myself. With hospitality like that offered by Bob and Sierra, it is no wonder that the secret is out. This is the best place to stay in Saratoga. My wife and I traveled to Saratoga from Fort Collins for an anniversary weekend getaway. Sierra had a bottle of wine and card waiting when we arrived. She made reservations at Bella's for dinner. (If you go to Saratoga, go to Bella's. In fact, go to Saratoga if for no other reason then just to eat at Bella's - it's that good.) The guesthouse is well-appointed. It's quite cozy and has a tasteful Western flare. I believe the queen bed is a tempurpedic. It's quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to make a full meal. The views from the front of the guesthouse are amazing. Our first night there, I saw a shooting star like I had never seen. In the daylight, the mountain vistas are picturesque. But, in my mind, Bob and Sierra make the place. They are welcoming, friendly, and willing to share their knowledge of the area with you, but yet offer you privacy. Bob provided us excellent tips on local fishing and hiking spots - map included. Great location, great scenery, great food, great accommodations, great activities, and great hosts! We'll be back!
