A Wonderful Place

5 of 5
This place was perfect….Large rooms , totally private, squeeky clean, comfortable, spacious, wonderfully furnished, and 'the view'-- well-- IMAX could not do it justice. The little convenience store was 1/2 mile away with Walmart Super store only 20 minutes in Cody. The road to Yellowstone each day was sheer beauty, and the miles to Cody were lovely and scenic too.. Our family of 4 loved our 5 days there. Driving up to it did not do it justice.

family reunion fun

5 of 5
Our family had a fantastic time! Clarksfork guest lodge was 28 minutes north of Cody and 10 minutes from the Chief Joesph Hwy, which was a breathtaking ride up to 12k feet, with hundreds of lakes and snow pockets even in September! Kayaking was available on the large stocked trout lake/pond also on the Clarksfork River which goes right by the lodge. Wildlife meandered past the front of lodge early mornings. The beds were wonderful, with tastefully decorated rooms. The downstairs had a bar, pool table, washer /dryer. Beautiful views of the Beartooth Mts and Clarksfork river from a large lobby. Big screen tv, internet and fax machine at our disposal. A well stocked kitchen, (all we did is bring the food). We feel we can recommend this as fun and relaxing place to get away from it all!
