We spent 5 days at Carl's rental apartment in Lincoln Square while visiting my parents who live in Albany Park. The rental was steller - exactly as described, spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect, great for walking around and enjoying what the immediate neighborhood has to offer, and super close to the El to get anywhere else in the city. I highly recommend this unit or any others Carl has to offer. He is wonderful to deal with and made the whole process easy and non stressful. My only complaint is that I did not have a longer time to stay in Chicago! Lynn Marks
Very neat and tidy apartment located next to the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of shops, cafes and markets nearby and its a 2 minute walk to all of the action on the Champs Elysée. Very easy to get to from the airport using the metro or the airport shuttle bus. Philippe was very helpful and made our stay easy.
If you want a comfortable, quiet and cozy retreat after a hard day of exploring the streets of Rome, this is the place! When we arrived, we were greeted by Rodolfo and Irina, who made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the apartment and neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and it was a luxury to have two bathrooms with excellent showers and plenty of towels. Wifi worked perfectly.
Trastevere is a delightful area--just cross a bridge to visit other areas of Rome. It's an easy walk or cab ride to the Vatican. We enjoyed a couple of very fine meals at Hosteria Luce right across the street from the apartment. Rodolfo promptly answered my many e-mails prior to our visit, and kindly allowed me to change my arrival dates when I needed to. I highly recommend this lovely, sunny apartment--I threw a coin in the Trevi Fountain to make sure I return to Rome someday soon.
