            EVERYTHING YOU NEED

            5 of 5
The cabin was a perfect getaway for my group of friends. Everything was neat and clean and the cottage was supplied with all we needed to cook our meals, play in the water and enjoy a long relaxing weekend. We especially appreciated the fire pit and ample wood supply given the cold snap that hit during our visit. The lake is beautiful and we even spent one early morning watching a great blue heron on the dock. The lake bottom is mostly sandy but swimming right off the dock can be a little weedy - not different from most WI lakes, though. Overall a wonderful stay - we'll be back for another visit soon.

            PRESIDIENT'S WEEKEND SKI/SNOWBOARD GETAWAY

            5 of 5
We have never been disappointed with any rental managed by Misty Detjens. God has gifted her with an ability to transform vacation homes into wonderful havens of beauty, comfort, and serenity. Everything from comfy bedding to decors that make a rental feel so inviting that you hate to leave. This particular rental served our purposes beautifully. We were a crowd of 11 ( give or take depending on the day ), and we all were able to enjoy personal space. Everything you could possibly need was available to us. We had a group of young people with us who thoroughly enjoyed the basement area, and those who preferred a more quiet setting could enjoy the upper level without hearing the noise of the more boisterous younguns. The attached garage was a plus for storage purposes, the second refrig/freezer, and for loading and unloading the car. The washer and dryer were greatly appreciated, as we had some pretty saturated winter wear to deal with. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, we are already planning for our next trip. Thank you Misty for once again exceeding all expectations.

            GREAT PLACE

            5 of 5
Great place. . . we stayed there during the week. The fall colors were great in October . Although it rained for several days we still managed to start the campfire on the first night. The rest of the days we used the fire place inside making it warm and cozy inside. The outside deck was great even though it rained we managed to sit outside on the deck without getting wet. We brought along some movies and our WII games creating our own entertainment. We met Bear the dog who was very friendly. The scenery posted on the web page is genuine breathtaking the air was nice and crisp. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The owners were great hosts and provided very good customer service. Local stores are and shopping is good. Grocery prices are reasonable.
