Rustic Log Cabin with a big sand beach!

5 of 5
We have been staying at this beautiful, rustic log cabin for the past several years. The description on the Homeaway site is accurate but really does NOT do this place justice. It is very clean and full of charm and family memories. There are spectacular views of Lake Michigan from nearly every window. Listening to the waves crash on the shore at night is soothing and puts you to sleep. There is also a very strong wireless connection throughout the cabin as well as a nice size TV. The first thing our family does when we arrive each year is walk down to the beautiful sand beach and just enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. We also enjoy walking to the Cave Point Park and hiking in the Whitefish Dunes. For a single family I highly recommend this cottage on the lake. Bonnie H
