My husband, his parents, myself and our lovely dog, Lu'Lu stayed at Undells over Thanksgiving weekend. We wanted a getaway from the normal Thanksgiving holiday. The location is beautifully set in a small section of woods that makes you feel hidden away from the whole world.
The cabin itself is very well maintained and newly remodeled. There is everything you can think of in the kitchen (except a strainer). You can relax and watch one of the MANY movies that are provided for you, read in sun room or play a game at the old fashion game table. The sun room was our favorite. There are windows all around so you can feel like you are a part of the nature that surrounds you.
We spent one whole afternoon hiking in Buckhorn State Park. We were out there for 4 hours ... enjoying the beauty of the snow and sun. Following our hike we grabbed some drinks and lunch at Buckhorn.
We will be returning for sure! One of the coolest parts of our stay was hearing a group of wild coyotes our last night ... we went out searching for their tracks the next morning! (I would make sure that you don't leave your dogs outside unattended!)
