Gorgeous place...Wonderful owners:))

5 of 5
Just got home from our stay here... And what a breath taking view right from the front deck:) and the fact you have privacy instead of being surrounded by many other cabins was a definite plus! As enjoyable as the cabin was itself it was a pleasure dealing with the owner of this rental. Ray is very friendly and personable and easy to deal with....so from the cabin to the owner I definately give it two thumbs up for anyone looking for place to get away without all the hassle....

What a beautiful cabin.

Perfect get away for my wife and me. Hard to believe that it is even nicer looking than it appears in the listing. Excellent location for my planned astrophotography. I was able to image the Milky Way above the cabin. Along with a trip to Spruce Knob to make more images of the heaven above. Also, drove down to NRAO in Green Bank to get some images with the GBT under the stars. My wife really appreciated the total quiet and relaxing surroundings. We will definitely return. The location is great for any adventures in the MNF. Also, The Gateway restaurant had delicious home cooked food and desserts.

Perfect-- I'm Going Again!

5 of 5
I stayed at the cabin the weekend of May 9th-11th. I just wanted some quiet time to myself for the weekend. The cabin looks rustic and old, but it is very new! Everything was very, very clean and the furniture seemed brand new or hardly used. I was so happy my entire time there. it was the perfect little getaway and was very inexpensive. There was horseback riding and zip-lining near by. Also, the owners were very friendly and responsive. There was not much cell phone or internet signal-- if any at all. But I didn't mind. My goal was to disconnect from the virtual world and connect with nature.
