We loved the house, location and veiw

5 of 5
The house was bigger than we thought it would be. The property was clean and well maintained except for kitchen silver wear and pots, pans, dishes and small appliances could use a good going over. The property manager was excellent to deal with and easy to find. We would go back in a heart beat. We caught crabs, gathered mussels, steamer clams and oysters right on property. We also went on a salmon fishing charter out of Anacortes with Highliner charters and they were excellent and put us on fish. Also had good meals in Coupeville at Christophers and Front Street Grille and really good seafood in Oak Harbor at Seabolts, they also have an excellent selection of fresh seafood to take home and cook. Another fun and interesting event was the Boing tour on the way to Mukelteo Ferry landing, only 10 minutes from dock.

Great lakeside getaway!

4 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 8 of us were in Whidbey for a adding and this house was very accommodating! We had everything to make breakfast each morning and had more than enough room for everyone to sleep. One thing would be that it would be nice if there was at least one full length mirror provided in the home. Renting the home took a little more effort it seemed due to a lack of communication with the agent, but the house was better than I could have imagined. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Like coming home~

5 of 5
As we drove down the road to the house I knew we were about to begin a wonderful stay. The house is set on a bluff with a view like no other. We opened the house and I think everyone said WOW at once! There is an amazing zen homey feel all through the house. The simple wooden/glass decor fits the house to a T. The shower is amazing as well as the claw foot tub. My kids and my father so enjoyed the rec/movie room on the rainy days we were there. The open concept design of the living room and kitchen are perfect for QT while preparing meals. Love the fireplace and it heated the whole upstairs efficiently. All appliances are top notch and the kitchen was stocked with all your basic needs and more. The highlights of our stay were the three deer that greeted us every morning, the beautiful sunsets, watching the storms/fog roll in from the arondak chair on the bluff and seeing whales swim by while enjoying our morning coffee. The owner Bill is a wonderful and kind person that respects your privacy but is there to help as soon you need him. I would love to stay here again and would recommend this beautiful peaceful home to anyone that is in need of a relaxing get away in a heartbeat. Thank you Bill for sharing your beautiful home with us. The time we had there together will stay with us forever. Sending you much Aloha and joy, The Yee family~ Brandi, Hannah, Hope & Grandad Larry~
