Impressive - Best Value Hands Down

I rarely write reviews, so I'll keep this short. The home looks every bit as kept and beautiful as the pictures portray. The rear area is a haven for children and outdoor enthusiast. The craftsmanship and details in both the structure and furnishings are evident to the naked eye. Many of the homes accoutrements are designed for both luxury and comfort. This is a gorgeous property. As background, we shared this home with my college roommate and his family. Together we had four adults and three children ages 2, 5, and 5. The children enjoyed the large expanse of grass and towering trees, rope swings, playground, and playhouse in the enormous rear area. This area gives the feeling of seclusion as neighboring homes are not immediately visible. The home is also set back from the street on a long gravel driveway, further enhancing the premise of isolation and exclusivity. The home itself has a wonderful feel and natural flow to it, affording areas of activity and relaxation in a communal setting. The children loved the nooks and niches in each of the children's rooms, allowing them to spend ample time in these areas while the adults relaxed and caught up elsewhere. The bedrooms themselves were each beautiful and functional. The master bath is unmatched in workmanship, fixtures and detail. With sunshine bathing and accentuating the great room, I cannot think of a more comfortable setting for relaxing, playing board games, or simply and quietly drinking your morning coffee. I cannot speak more highly of the kitchen and utilities. Every piece of equipment was top notch, from the appliances to the included silverware and platters. We decided to cook or barbeque for breakfast and dinner each day. Three to four adults in the kitchen, working on various dishes, never once bumped into each other or had to say, "excuse me" to get by. There is literally a hundred square feet of counter space - or at least it felt like it. There is a separate niche for beverages, including all the machines you could imagine a proud barista would own. We could easily have never left this home, but it was the first visit to the area for our guests, so the requisite trips the Space Needle and downtown were in order. Without traffic it is a bout a 25 minute drive into downtown. With traffic, who knows...we never hit traffic. All in all, the value can't be beat. Much roomier than a hotel and you just can't beat the amenities.

Best Retreat

We rented this property for a family getaway. We live in a very large, beautiful home in San Diego and wanted to stay in something comparable while visiting the Seattle area. In short, this property did not disappoint! From the beautiful hardwood floors, to the elegant counter-tops and marble fireplaces, this home was built with no expense spared. As the other reviews touched on, you really have almost any amenity you can think of in this beautiful home, music system throughout the entire home, movie theater room, pool table for the kids or adults, poker table, large covered hot tub, steam room (and pool which we unfortunately were not able to use since we didn't come in the summer and it's way too cold outside in Seattle during late Fall). Lastly, Robert and his family are great deal with and they were super accommodating and helped us out with any questions we had about the home or the area in general. We are a family of lawyers and doctors and would never rent any other property if we are visiting Seattle in the future.

Beautiful Property

The house was just perfect for my class of 30. The bedrooms were spacious & could fit at least 4 people in each room. Loved the kitchen- made cooking, eating & cleaning much easier with its low-maintenance floor, complete appliances & large size dinnerware. We all loved the nooks & crannies of the house, but what sold it for the kids was the land. Having a playground in the backyard was awesome. The front yard was where most ball games happened. The view is to die for! Would love to go back to this property next time my class heads back to the Seattle area!
