It doesn't get any better than this!

5 of 5
A beautiful quiet spot close to Orcas Village and the ferry and an easy drive to the rest of the island. Great communication/ information before the visit and very convenient to have Victoria and Bruce close by if you need them (otherwise you won't even know they're nearby). After long days sailing and hiking, we loved coming back to grill and chill on the porch. And don't overlook the village grocery -everything from sushi rice to fresh Chinook at fair prices. We're looking forward to coming back again someday- a real gem!

Hate to Leave!

5 of 5
Our group, all gals, visits San Juan Island every opportunity and always try different homes as we are prefer not to stay in hotel or B & B. We like to cook so needed a good kitchen which this house has. We Hiked on various well marked trails and arrived home to a private massage that Susan had set up for us. What a treat. We were extremely comfy, home is very well maintained and immaculate. We started each morning with either Espresso or Cappuccino (machine available) and homemade Italian Biscotti from Susan's Kitchen or should I say Cucina? What a marvelous way to start the day. We truly hated to leave, but we all agree, we will return soon and definitely try out the Private Italian Suppers and Cooking Classes.

Cute, cozy and clean

5 of 5
Stayed here 5 nights in May and loved it. The cottage was well equipped and was just as described on the site. The owners were very friendly, available and checked in to make sure we didn't have any questions or problems. We arrived to a gorgeous bouquet of fresh flowers from the owner's garden, chocolates and coffee beans were also provided. (My favorite kinds too!) We walked to dinner, shops, grocery store and sunsets on the beach. Our first day there was stormy but we didn't care because it was so cozy and relaxing in the cottage and eye didn't feel like leaving. The rest of the week was sunny and we had coffee on the patio in the mornings enjoying the flowers and watching the wild bunnies roam. The patio is partially fenced-in which sheltered us when it was breezy. We will definitely return to this adorable cottage. The cottage only has a bathtub, no shower, so for some that might be a problem. The tub is really big and nice though. Great for soaking after the long bike rides! I will definitely return and can't wait until then!
