We spent a weekend there and it was a great time! During low tide, it's a lot of fun to walk and see the beached boats (bring aqua socks or prepare to go barefoot!). There are birds-a-plenty (heron and seagulls, mostly) flying around the area. There's also a really nice fire pit. If you're familiar with phosphorescent plankton, this area has it! A boat launch is next to the house as well.
The house itself has wi-fi and is very roomy. Although there are two bedrooms, there are also two twin beds in the "in-between" rooms. We had five people there with no issues and could have had more. The house itself is around 15 minutes from the nearest town (Bow) and about 25 minutes from Burlington.
