Wonderful cottage in Sequim!

5 of 5
We had no trouble finding the cottage. It is located on the nine-hole golf course in Dungeness Meadows. Paula's sister, Mary, came by and was great at showing us all the features of the house and details about the area. She gave us lots of great tips about restaurants, stores, etc., etc. There is also a nice array of information pamphlets and maps available at the house. We especially enjoyed the little sunroom off the dining room. In the early mornings and evenings we enjoyed watching the deer on the course. We walked almost every day on the dike along the Dungeness River near the house. We especially enjoyed Stimie's Restaurant - food was great and the waitresses were so nice. Also had a lovely dinner at the Dockside grill. Another highlight was the Starlight Room at the Rose Theatre in Port Townsend - a nice date night. We hope to move up to Sequim after we sell our house so connected with realtors and builders in the area. It was very helpful to stay in Sequim for a while to get a feel for the area and we loved the area so looking forward to our eventual move. We were so fortunate to stay in such a nice place while we explored the area. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone!

Teresa C.

5 of 5
Fabulous stay for a week in this beautiful cottage. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire place is just immaculate. The view from the kitchen and living room windows greet you each morning with breathtaking beauty! The owner is very hospitable and gracious. The kitchen is large and spacious with all the gadgets you could think of for cooking. The location is perfect. It is close to town but you feel like you are in a remote cabin in the mountains. The wifi worked great. We traveled all around the area and went up to beautiful Deception pass. We watched movies, cooked many meals and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. It was a wonderful stay and I am ready to return as soon as possible. Don't pass this one up. It is spectacular and well worth the $$!

Serenity and Privacy on Puget Sound

5 of 5
Let me start by saying that my husband and I are very picky about two things: privacy and comfortable bedding. Olympic View surpassed our expectations on both of these items. Dave and Eileen were laid back but very attentive to our needs. Our flight arrived late from the east coast and we became miserably lost trying to get to the cottage (our issue, not theirs--we are notorious for getting lost). Dave was amazingly patient and talked us all the way 'home', staying on the phone until we started up the drive. The town of Burien is very convenient to Seattle. The beach is a short walk away from the cottage and the views are outstanding! This location also afforded us an opportunity to explore the mountains, Rainier, the ocean, and it was all within a convenient drive. We even did the Twin Peaks nostalgia tour, visiting Snoqualmie and North Bend. The cottage was just the right size for the two of us and was comfortably furnished. Without question, we would highly recommend this cottage for comfort and convenience. Thank you Dave and Eileen, for a memorable stay on our first explorations into the Pacific Northwest! We will be back.
