Fabulous Condo Experience!

5 of 5
We stayed in this condo mid April, and were blessed with Seattle sunshine 3 1/2 out of 4 days. It was our first visit , and this rental was top notch. I'll divide my evaluation into three caterogies: the building, the unit itself and the location. 1) Few reviewers have commented on the building itself , but we were so impressed. The lobby itself has a big screen TV, coffee and great lounge areas. There is an additional rooftoop lounge with another big screen, and an outdoor eating area. We particularly loved the gym. 5 cardio machines had operational TVs, and the weight machines operated smoothly. My favourite was a complicated cable setup where you could select videos that showed individual exercises. 2.) The unit itself looked exactly like the pictures which is a good thing. It was spic and span clean. The wi-fi connection was great as were the washer and dryer. I've been to too many rentals where the washer has held clothes hostage, swishing them around for hours on end (Europe, I'm talking about you). The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked practically every meal here. We primarily chose this unit based on the view which was stunning- a clear view of Puget Sound/ Olympic mountains during the day, and the twinkling fairy boats by night. As frequent renters, we often sacrifice (usually $) to obtain a balcony unit with a great view. This unit though, was well priced, and doesn't appear to have the dramatic seasonal price increases that other places in the area seem to. There are some issues with the apartment, but they were hardly dealbreakers for us. We ideally prefer a king size bed. As other reviewers have noted, it's a double. It was however, a super comfy double with great sheets and pillows. The entertainment system doesn't include cable. None is mentioned in the description, but we didn't really notice until we tried to watch regular TV. We compensated by listening to Pandora, and watching Netflix which we quite enjoyed. 3) The location in Seattle is great. There is one thing to keep in mind if you're thinking of renting. The condo is located on a busy, often loud street that is an entrance point for an expressway. For us, the view (with wine on the balcony) more than compensated for this shortcoming, but it may bother some. Probably many streets downtown are equally noisy . As others have noted, you can walk anywhere. Pike Place is close enough for frequent grocery pop-ins, and we found the Space N

Great time in Seattle

5 of 5
This condo was perfect for our short stay in Seattle. One requirement I had when looking for a place was that it had a deck with a view so that when I sat out there, I knew I was in Seattle. This condo has a superb view of the Space Needle. I could not have asked for better. It also was a huge relief to have a secured parking garage included. We parked the car and walked everywhere. As everyone has said, the condo's location is a huge plus. The condo was cute and the bed was comfortable. Emma and Van were easy to work with. Thanks so much for making our stay in Seattle a memorable experience

Wonderful condo for a memorable event!

5 of 5
This condo was perfect for our best friend's 40th birthday kidnapping. It was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large, there are two full bathrooms, and the bonus bedroom vanities and sinks were a plus! The deck was the perfect place to start our evening with a toast and a great view. We were able to walk all around town, and then drive just minutes to the tulip fields. We will definitely be staying here again!
