A COOKS PARADISE

4 of 5
I stayed here with my girlfriend while exploring Olympia. The house was understated and practical, with a very high quality kitchen. From the gas-stove, to high quality cooking equipment, even down to glass Tupperware, it made staying for 6 days much less expensive as we were able to cook our own food comfortably. The caretaker for the house is located nearby and very kind, making accommodations and restocking happen quickly. However, it is a little ways from urbanized areas, meaning you must be willing to drive to go almost anywhere. But with the view, puzzles, movie options and food, who needs to leave?

MAKE ANY EXCUSE TO STAY HERE

5 of 5
Whether you have a reason to stay in Olympia or not, this house is worth a trip by itself. We just came home from a family gathering of 10 people and every single one of us ...from 65 to 17 ... was thrilled with the house. Everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom (The bathrooms are fascinating. You have to go to understand), the dining room was big enough for all of us to sit at the table and , although the kitchen is a small for 4 or 5 "cooks", we all managed. We had the most fun of the entire trip during our hours long basement pool tournament ... be sure to check out the tunnel down there. This really is a great house and we are already planning our trip for next year. Thanks so much, Marisa and Jerri

PERFECTION IN A VACATION RENTAL

5 of 5
This wonderful home provided plenty of space for our family reunion. We have a few family members with physical handicaps and this home was very easy for them to negotiate. The views from the huge windows on the beach side of the house were wonderful and we were even able to see Mount Rainier on a clear day. My brother-in-law practically drooled over the outdoor kitchen area. The open concept is great for socializing even during meal preparations. The property is well maintained and clean with wood floors, lots of windows, exceptional showers, comfortable beds, gas fire places, and much more. In addition, we were able to travel to Mount Rainier, the local zoo, the rain forest and many other locations easily from this location. The owner was extremely easy to do business with and our security deposit was promptly refunded. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an exceptional home to spend their vacation in.
