RELAXED, KID FRIENDLY, QUIET RETREAT IN NATURE

5 of 5
Just returned with the family from a 4 night stay- Anderson Island was the perfect summer vacation spot and the cabin had the amenities we needed for our 3 young kids. It was so nice to have a pack and play, high chair, toys, sand toys and kid's movies already there. The older kids loved the loft where their bunk beds were. We appreciated that the island was close to King/Pierce county, travelling was easy even with 3 kids ages 5 and under! Lowell Johnson park on Lake Florence was a short distance from the cabin and had a kid friendly swimming hole that was great for the kids. They collected a bucket full of seashells to take home from the Puget Sound shore, too. We also took them to the small elementary school playground to get their wiggles out as well. My husband and I enjoyed driving around checking out the scenery and chilling in the evenings with books and red wine. It was wonderful to find a relaxed and kid friendly place for our family to enjoy a vacation in nature.

Great windows and view of golf course. Lots of fire wood and home in good repair. Suna works great. Owner even called to make sure all was ok. Cant go wrong with this place.
