SO GREAT!

5 of 5
Everything about this condo worked for our family of 5! Jamie met us- with a smile and could not have been more helpful. The condo was lovely- comfortable, clean etc and a delight to come home to after long days exploring the sights . We used to bus daily to get us around- straight line to the White House. Super convenient walk to the newly opened Safeway to stock up- kitchen had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place to stay with room for a family to spread out and be comfortable!

PERFECT PLACE FOR DC VACATION

5 of 5
Love this place, the owners are very responsive, the property is exactly as described! Building is quiet, safe and clean, condo is fabulous, great place to rest after a day of touring. Easy walk to restaurants, metro along tree-lined Connecticut Ave or just hop on the bus in front of the building. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-equiped, great big screen! This place is a deal. Will definitely recommend to friends and rent again on future trips to DC.

LOVELY APARTMENT IN A REVITALIZING NEIGHBORHOOD

4 of 5
The apartment looks just like the photo: very clean and well-appointed studio. I used the kitchen several times and appreciated having a few cooking utensils and a coffee maker. The walk-in closet is HUGE! Plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The king-size bed is comfortable. I enjoyed going to sleep with a view of the Washington Monument and the moon in the distance. Making room for the airbed was a challenge, as the couch and coffee table are large (which are good things). My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit is quite loud and may disturb your sleep (although it works effectively). The owner went out of her way to accommodate the need for an extra keyless lobby entry fob. While out jogging, I discovered a major theater company just blocks away; a true bonus for a theater geek like me! Not many restaurants around yet, but they're just a metro-ride away. This is going to be a great location once the waterfront/marina is finished with its renovation.
