This condo is a great choice for it's location in DuPont Circle. The metro stop is an easy 5 minute walk and there are many, many great restaurant choices within easy walking distance as well. The building is quiet and we didn't have any problems locating the key or getting into the condo. Having the laundry near by was a big plus and we did do a couple loads of laundry during the week we stayed. There is a small neighborhood grocery store 2 blocks away that, while it isn't the greatest grocery store in the world, it has the basics and was just right for our needs. The condo is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a short (or long) stay. The bed/mattress and Pottery Barn linens were VERY comfortable to sleep on and the remodeled kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. My only 2 complaints were that the bedroom was too hot and bright for a good nights sleep. The air conditioner just doesn't put out enough cold air through the one, tiny vent in that room to really cool it down. Drapes on the windows and a ceiling fan would help. Also, the fan in the bathroom is VERY loud and annoying. It needs to be fixed or replaced so it doesn't rattle so loudly. At the very least it needs to be cleaned because it is full of dust. Beyond those 2 issues we really enjoyed our week in this condo.
