Amazing Huge House

5 of 5
I believe we were the first guests to stay since Ralph decided to rent his home. There were five of us. The house is incredible. Huge, stately victorian. . Super clean. The bathrooms are new, modern, with incredible rain-down showers. Great big white bath towels. The beds were all great. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Everything you need and an outdoor grill. We caught great weather, so we utilized the outdoor space. WIFI is fast and accessible throughout the whole house. We used the metro to go to Arlington cemetery, but otherwise we walked around DC from the house. Ralph had great restaurant suggestions. (Try Ghibellina on 14th st). Logan is a happening neighborhood - great food and wine.

Great Location and Comfortable Accommodation!

5 of 5
We had a wonderful stay here! This is THE place to stay if you are looking for a great base from which to explore DC. There are Capitol Bikeshare stations nearby as well as a metro station. The neighborhood itself has a great vibe with lots of places to eat and drink. The owners are excellent hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The guest house in perfect for two and the porch is an added bonus. For stays later into the summer, the air conditioning is definitely a bonus. If we visit DC again, we wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else. Strongly recommended.
