Fantastic

5 of 5
It was a small, but really good apartment. We were four collage students who wanted to do some sightseeing and have a good time, this location was perfect for the purpose. Austin was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and cozy space in DC!

4 of 5
The apartment was stocked with everything we needed and we were happy with the internet and general amenities. The building is really modern with a nice lounge downstairs and gym space. Mark was helpful when we contacted him with questions, and the staff was great as well. The 2 bedroom place we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It's also in a great location for the convention center!

Great, Clean, & Convenient!

5 of 5
Me and a couple of my colleagues stayed here while we attended a scientific conference at the Convention Center. The house was well lit outside. The house was clean, and obviously has been updated recently (modern appliances in the kitchen, and modern bathrooms). Because most of our days were spent at the convention center, we didn't really use the kitchen, but it was clearly a nice modern kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and the closets were empty, so I had plenty of room to hang my clothes. The only potential negative was that the floors in the hallway near the bedrooms squeak, but honestly, I found it rather quaint and endearing. The house is a short walk to the Shaw-Howard U Metro stop, which is 1 stop away from the Convention Center stop. Walking directly to the CC is also doable. The owner was very quick with all communications and very helpful with inquiries. I would recommend this place to others!
