Casa muito espaçosa para 8 pessoas adultas

4 of 5
A casa é bem espaçosa. Acomoda 8 adultos em 4 quartos, sem problemas. A região é tranquila. Ao longo da Minesota Ave, há várias opções de lugares para comer. Pegando o metrô na estação Minesota, fica bem fácil chegar ao centro de Washington DC.

Great location, perfect for long stays

5 of 5
I stayed at Daniel’s for approx. 6 weeks. It was a great apartment, a great deal, and a great location. I’m a DC resident who was moving back home, and needing a temporary pad while waiting for my own tenants to vacate. This place is easy walking distance to the Convention Center Metro. A block to an impressive grocery store and Starbucks. Great neighborhood restaurants. The apartment has, literally, everything you need, and MORE. I expected some plates and forks, but you also get books, a blender, baking accessories, a printer/scanner. It is decorated with actual art, so doesn’t feel like a depressing, soulless hotel room. I stayed with my two young kids, and there was plenty of space. The couch bed is very comfortable, but as my kids are tiny, we all usually shared the big bed in the bedroom. I honestly almost didn’t want to leave---yes, staying in a one bedroom vs. my own home. It was that comfortable! A PERFECT place for a weekend in DC, or for a longer stay.

Apartment Review

4 of 5
To help future visitors-when you first get to the property-there are parking spots around the corner off of Fairfax that are marked for future residents. We did not know and had some stress trying to figure out how to park and check in. My husband had to drive around until I could get the parking pass from the front desk. The unit was okay-not as luxe as the description suggests. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a washer & dryer in the unit but they were older machines. There are no place mats or tablecloths for the table. Although, the unit says no pets-the building residents had quite a few dogs-in case someone is allergic-they ride in the elevators etc. We love dogs so no problem with us. We bought an extra parking pass for the three nights for our Navy son-he was called back to the ship after 1 night and we could not get a refund for the other two nights. There was no military discount either. The grocery store in the building was convenient but expensive-we used it anyway since we do not know the area and did not want to drive around too much. We used the club room (for pool) and the business center which was nice. The wifi did not always work in the unit. We did not swim in the pool but it looked nice. Since this was our first trip back East, we really did not know the area. If we come back we will probably stay at a Hotel- just to be able to get more information about the area and more flexibility with check in/out times. The concierge(s) was helpful. We were missing facial tissue and were not able to get any until after the weekend. The view was nice since we were in a higher floor. Starbucks was a couple of blocks away. Overall, the apartment worked for us. We were only there three nights and we had to drive to Newport News,VA one day so we did not get to enjoy the area as much as we would have liked.
