                So great!

                5 of 5
Everything about this condo worked for our family of 5! Jamie met us- with a smile and could not have been more helpful. The condo was lovely- comfortable, clean etc and a delight to come home to after long days exploring the sights . We used to bus daily to get us around- straight line to the White House. Super convenient walk to the newly opened Safeway to stock up- kitchen had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place to stay with room for a family to spread out and be comfortable!

                Awesome Getaway! Awesome Apartment!

                5 of 5
We could not have asked for a better situation for our family of 5. We were so comfortable in this home and it was very convenient to Metro and Giant Supermarket. We toured all of the attractions by Metro and even jumped on the Old Town Trolley tour and took in all the sights there were to see and returned to this cozy home and prepared simple dinners in the very lovely, full equipped kitchen at the end of each day. Lois Houston, the property manager, was the BEST and right on target with her recommendations of this apartment and with her advice for our travels through the area. She was gracious and accommodating in every way. The parking is a little tricky as pointed out in the other reviews. After the first day, we just parked our car in the U- Street Parking Garage by the Target Mall around the corner and for a mere $20 per day, left our car there for the balance of our trip. We took the Metro everywhere and didn't have to think twice about figuring out the street parking situation, a small, worthwhile daily investment that I would highly recommend.

Stylish, eye-popping condo in a perfect location!

                5 of 5
This condo is every bit as stylish and up to the minute as it looks in the pictures. All amenities are provided. And Cameron was a responsive, flexible and generous host. We were a family group of 6 adult women. Plenty of beds (we shared the king and queen beds, and put singles in the den and on the sofabed in the living room), baths and linens. We loved having the two story living/dining/kitchen area for visiting, meals and entertainment. Just wouldn't have been possible in a hotel. the space is beautifully light and airy. The big news is the location. I lived in DC years ago but did not really know this hip, developing neighborhood. As the description says, you are steps from the center of Columbia Heights with its shops, restaurants, bars of every stripe, and metro / buses. You can literally walk to the zoo, to Rock Creek Park, to the party scene of Adams-Morgan and to the hot U St/14th St. Neighborhoods. We especially liked The Heights and Cava for food. If you want to go to any other part of the DC area, hop on the yellow line Metro or any of the convenient buses that run on 14th Street. Enjoy!
