LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

5 of 5
Clean, bright, comfortable, lots of room for unpacking. So close to the metro, shopping, dining, groceries. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Recommending to friends and family. Host is very nice--you will get to interact some on way up and down to "apartment." Fun taste of big city living. My kids loved not having to use the car all week. Museums in D.C. are really great! Packed a lunch on icepack during day so didn't have to know exactly where to eat. Saved time and money. Nationals ballpark very fun and so easy to get to. Had a great trip!

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER!

5 of 5
I hosted our annual family reunion here and it was a huge hit with everyone from babies to 86 year olds. The property is in outstanding condition and was even better than the ad describes. The fenced yard was a great place for the kids to play, the 2nd floor mini kitchen was perfect for my grandparents to make their morning coffee, and we all enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor seating areas for games and conversation. Though we had over twenty people staying together in the house, no one ever felt crowded and had extremely comfortable accommodations. Each room had so much character and plenty of space - even the kitchen. With two sinks, two dishwashers, an amazing stove, and plenty of cookware, making meals for the whole crew was a pinch. "Is this our own hotel?" one of the little kids asked as they explored the house - it really felt that way! We could have stayed in the house all five days and had a blast, but the super-convenient bus stop across the street easily brought us downtown to see the sights - it runs all the way down 14th street through the National Mall and is just a few stops up from a Metro station. There is also a cute little strip of shops and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to beautiful Rock Creek Park. Last, but not least, Sandy is an absolute pleasure to work with and will do whatever she can to make your stay perfect. We had a few questions during the week and she responded to them all within minutes. We've been coming together for a week every summer as a family and everyone agreed this was their favorite house we've ever rented!

AWESOME

5 of 5
The unit was awesome. The other reviews are correct about being able to hear noise from the upper apartment but it's not that bad & we took earplugs. It's in a very convenient spot. The only drawback I had was is I am a fairly tall person & the ceilings are low. We had an issue with the toilet while we were there & we were able to get it taken care of very quickly. I would recommend this unit & would stay here again.
