LOVELY APARTMENT IN A REVITALIZING NEIGHBORHOOD

4 of 5
The apartment looks just like the photo: very clean and well-appointed studio. I used the kitchen several times and appreciated having a few cooking utensils and a coffee maker. The walk-in closet is HUGE! Plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The king-size bed is comfortable. I enjoyed going to sleep with a view of the Washington Monument and the moon in the distance. Making room for the airbed was a challenge, as the couch and coffee table are large (which are good things). My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit is quite loud and may disturb your sleep (although it works effectively). The owner went out of her way to accommodate the need for an extra keyless lobby entry fob. While out jogging, I discovered a major theater company just blocks away; a true bonus for a theater geek like me! Not many restaurants around yet, but they're just a metro-ride away. This is going to be a great location once the waterfront/marina is finished with its renovation.

NICE APARTMENT GREAT LOCATION

5 of 5
The apartment was just as described. It was in a nice neighborhood about a 15 minute walk to the metro. If you like to walk it was about a 2 mile walk to the National Mall. It was equipped with everything a visitor would want. There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There was coffee, tea and a snack basket in the kitchen. There were 4 Metro Smart Trip cards that just needed to be re loaded with fares. The owners live upstairs and there was very little noise considering this was a basement apartment. There was just 2 of us and I think it would be a bit crowded for more than 2 adults. It would be great for a family of 4. We found the bed to be a little hard for our comfort but that would not keep us from staying here again. It was really very nice.

WE WERE DIFFICULT - BUT EXTREMELY PLEASED

5 of 5
Our trip was planned up to the last minute, it was 28 University students and dates kept changing. Reid Management worked well with us. It was a little difficult getting a hold of someone to obtain the key, but only because we were calling last minute and did not give enough time to properly process paperwork. The house is wonderful! All the students as myself highly recommend the home. It's in a great neighborhood, quiet, safe, and close to everything. We will be using this property again in the future - but will give more time to allow proper paperwork to process. Thank you Reid for being very patient. -Orlando.
