We were extremely happy with our choice. We walked in and it felt like we were home.It was amazing ,so cozy, clean, luxurious towels and comfortable beds.We can't wait to go back. Our week there was not enough! We loved it there ! We went antiquing ,shopping, and site seeing .so peaceful and beautiful.

What a wonderful place

5 of 5
High Fields Farm far exceeded my expectations. This is a beautiful place and our host, Alton, was so helpful with accommodating our needs. My son is in a wheelchair, so I was a little anxious about the layout of the house and the accessability. A homemade ramp was in place when we arrived.(just one of many special touches) We all felt "right at home". We loved the spacious kitchen and dining room. Everything was so clean and well kept, on the inside and outside. We didn't want to leave. Christine S

Perfect weekend getaway

5 of 5
What a memorable weekend! My husband and I rented this cabin to get away from DC for our anniversary, and it was exactly what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, serene, romantic. The cabin itself is well thought-out and has pretty much everything you need and then some. Comfortable beds, a full bath on every floor, plenty of dishes and cooking tools (pots, pans, knives etc). The weather was dreary all weekend long, but it didn't take away from the beautiful setting or stop us from enjoying the hot tub, sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine, making use of the 2 indoor fireplaces, cooking great meals... we ended up not even leaving the cabin despite the wineries and quaint farms nearby. We checked in Friday, stressed from traffic and the work week and checked out Sunday feeling completed re-charged and reconnected. We will definitely be back!
