Our stay there was incredible. The home was beautiful and well maintained with all the amenities we needed. The owners were gracious and very helpful. The outside setting was so nice. We wil be recommending this place to our family and friends

Wonderful time!

5 of 5
This house was perfect for my family. The four kids turned the downstairs into their living room and slept on the pull out sofas while the five adults got to enjoy the full living area, kitchen and bedrooms on the upper level. We went tubing one day and to the water park the next. It was an adventurous AND relaxing New Year's trip. Would definitely stay at Mt. Tiki again!

Wonderful scape from the DC area

5 of 5
I have been going regularly to this lake house for many years and I would definitely recommended for a getaway from the stress of the city. The house is really cozy, built in wood, with everything that you might need in order to feel comfortable (yes, it also has wi/fi, but you will not need it). The lake is a wonderful place for swimming, kayaking, bird watching, exploring, barbequeing or just laying around doing nothing but relaxing. From the deck you will have a wonderful view of the water, all surrounded by trees...it's too good to be just a couple hours from DC. As a plus, the sky and golf resort is less than 10 minutes by car, if you like those activities. It has also been a great pleasure to deal with Kathy, the owner, always enthusiastic about letting all her guests having a great time. She has also connected us with local farms around in order to get fresh eggs, meat and vegetables. A great place for a great adventure in spring, summer, fall or winter!!
