Relaxing home in the perfect location!

5 of 5
A girls weekend was in order, and this house hit the spot! Janet was super helpful from the time I booked to the time we headed back home. When I arrived, there were outdoor lights on, music playing, and a welcome basket. I knew we had chosen the right location for our relaxing weekend! We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner in the sunroom overlooking the water. The 60-65 degree weather could not have been better for sitting on the dock. We soaked up as much sun as possible there! I'd recommend this home to anyone. Not only was just as described online, but the owners went out of their way to make it even better!

lovely Richmond home

4 of 5
Very comfortable, lovely older neighborhood with quick access to river and creekside hikes. A few little mechanical quirks and no place for coats, oh well. Go to the Rogue Gentleman, an award-winning craft cocktail restaurant that also has amazing and imaginative food. Dog-friendly. Owner polite and very responsive. Would go back.

A secluded riverfront dreamhouse

5 of 5
We stayed at the Aylett River spot for Memorial Day Weekend and loved it. Between fishing, kayaking, canoeing, building firepits, relaxing in the hammock, grilling, and enjoying the view from the porch we could barely do it all in three days. Larkin, the owner, is super friendly and accommodating. Our dog was bummed when she had to get back in the car and go home. We will come back.
