PERFECT WAY TO ENJOY BLACKSBURG

5 of 5
The apartment was such a welcome change from staying in a hotel. We visit Blacksburg often to see the Grandkids and have always stayed in a hotel. This apartment was clean, spacious and ever thing we could wish for. We will be staying here as often as we can in the future.

wonderful cabin, so many lovely amenities, great setting by a stream, and ruth and gerald were gracious and generous hosts. we'll certainly recommend buck lair to all our friends. the peace and quiet was so uplifting. thank you both for sharing this extraordinary cabin with us.

Great place in the mountains

5 of 5
Our family had a great time at Blackberry Morning. We liked the location very much-it was exactly as described in the listing. The house was charming and stocked with all kinds of books and games. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner provided with all kinds of information on the surrounding area and checked back with us during the stay to see that everything was ok. We went kayaking on the New River, hiked to the Cascade waterfall and Mountain Lake. We went to a concert in the park in Blacksburg on Saturday and to the Morrisette Vinyeard on the Blue Ridge Parkway and had a very good lunch in their restaurant. We run out of time and could not visit Claytor Lake but we will do this next time because we plan to come back to stay at Blackberry Morning.
