OH ,the beauty and serenity!!

5 of 5
This place was so amazing looking on the Homeaway site so we signed up and there is no way to explain how we felt when we arrived. It was even better than the pictures and the location is in such an "off the beaten path" that it was an adventure coming and going. The house had everything and all of it was FIRST CLASS!! The screened in porch is perfect for quiet early morning coffee. The hot tub is perfect for the end of the day activities. The appliances are all top of the line. The beds, linens and towels were of top quality. I was in touch with Paul several times before we arrived with lots of little stupid questions but he always responded and gave me the help I needed. Even when we were there, I came up with some more questions and there was never a hesitation in his reply. Thanks, Paul. Your CRL certainly lived up to it's listing. We really hated leaving and having to say good-bye to our "blood pressure lowering vacation." We will be telling everyone about this place and I can only hope we get to return in the future.

Wonderful place to stay at Bryce!

5 of 5
We stayed at High Mountain Chalet for 2 nights over Valentine's Weekend. We chose Bryce because it was the most kids friendly ski resort in the area (and it really was!) after exhaustive research and then we searched for the perfect house. The house needed to fit 4 adults, 5 kids (ages 3-9) very comfortably- and this house did just that and more! The kitchen has everything you need (even some of those extras that you forget to bring, like sugar for your coffee!)- the master on the upper level is magnificent! The owners are very responsive, which is very important. You can't go wrong with this house- unfortunately we did not get to use the deck - Sunday was 20+ mph winds and freezing, but it looks great! We will be back!

Everything We Expected and More

5 of 5
First off, the owners were incredibly responsive during the reservation process and super nice. The house was great, very clean, and it was obvious that the owners considered this place another home, as there was obvious care taken in furnishing and maintaining it. The kitchen had everything you could think of, even a convection oven - we cooked several meals there. We have a dog and the house was super pet friendly - there were even dog dishes (though we brought our own). The dog run is nice and big and all you have to do is open a door from the screened in porch and let your pup loose. There were only 2 of us (and the pup), but there was plenty of room for many more. We spent a lot of time outside roasting marshmallows around the gas fire pit. That was probably our favorite part of the house. Bryce itself is a great little quiet resort tucked away in its own little valley. I spent most of my childhood summers there and it was really nice getting back. A lot has changed since over the years, but the important things are very much the same. Its just a great place to take in the outdoors and chill and it made for a perfect weekend. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
