Best on the island!

5 of 5
My husband and I live on a small sail boat in the Virgin Islands. My parents came to visit and we were looking for a villa that had nice sunsets, a good breeze, close proximity to town for eating out - but still had a quite/ slow off the beaten path feel. Sea Breeze is ideal in location, amenities, and Ingrid is the prefect hostess. We especially enjoyed the open layout of the house, the bananaquites that fed on the porch each morning, the complimentary golf cart, the panoramic views of the open ocean, the knowledge that Ingrid lived just downstairs in case we needed anything, and the list goes on. If you are looking for real value for your money I highly recommend this villa, we had a great experience.

Fantastic location with exquisite views

5 of 5
Our family of 4 (includes 2 teenagers) just spent a week at this house. It definitely is one of the best locations on the island. An oasis that makes you feel like you're at the end of the earth. When you sit inside looking out over the water, it almost seems like you're levitating directly above the water. The house had every amenity we needed. Driving the golf cart to/from the house while looking out over the water was definitely unique. Bill and Chris were extremely helpful both before and during our vacation. There when we needed them, but otherwise invisible. We went out for a day sailing/snorkeling trip with Bill and that was a highlight of the trip. Saturday night steak dinner on the beach was amazing. Another unique experience. This has to be one of our top Caribbean vacations and if we return, we would definitely stay here again. What a perfect getaway for some rest and relaxation.

Well-Appointed & Maintained, Quiet and Peaceful

5 of 5
We stayed in this unit with our 3 year old daughter. We had a great time, driving around in the golf cart, exploring the roads and beaches on the island. It was true that Honeymoon Beach got cruise shipped most days, but during our time the cruise shippers were not overly loud. The house is great, and we really appreciated that Angus provided all the extras for a beach vacation, like a cooler, boogie board, snorkel equipment, beach towels, and blender for drinks. The sea breeze was definitely more of a sea wind, and when a squall would roll in, it created some serious noise on the windward side bedroom. The pool was great to have next to the condo, but the water was suprisingly chilly. We used it once and were too cold to go in again (it was Feb.). There is nowhere to buy anything at all on Water Island, and the ferry schedule is limited, so you'll need to plan your food around it. There are groceries right at the St. Thomas side dock, and you can buy food on Honeymoon Beach at lunchtime which is pretty good. We bought food at the Honeymoon Beach grill one day and saved it for dinner. Lastly, Mark and Vicki were extremely helpful and you won't need to worry about anything with their help. Our golf cart got a flat tire on the way to the ferry one day, so Vicki picked us up immediately and got us to the ferry in time to make it. Make your reservation and you can stop worrying.
