Simply Beautiful Place to Stay On St Thomas

5 of 5
Stayed at this beautiful condo right on the water with an awesome view. The condo was very nicely done and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were truly magical. We did encounter an issue with the condo, but property manager Bob and Pat made sure that the issue was addressed immediately. The owner of the condo also called and apologized for our inconvenience due to the issue. Truly you cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo. The condo was so well stocked from spices for cooking, to every kind of cooking utensil, to the numerous bath and beach towels, paper products, maps etc. Thank you for making our stay feel like home away from home and please do not hesitate to book through this owner or property managers as they really do care about your experience and comfort while enjoying St Thomas. Thanks for a wonderful dreamy vacation.

Just Perfect!!!

5 of 5
Just perfect! This was one of the best vacations we've had. The condo was just as expected, positioned right on the beach with exquisite view of the water. The beach is clean and the waters are calm. We liked that there is some natural shade provided by the sea grape trees along the shore - we spent the whole day out by the water enjoying the sun, air and quiet. The resort itself is on the east end, conveniently located within walking distance to Red Hook where we took the ferry over to St. John's for a day. There are a bunch of restaurant and bars in Red Hook as well, that we tried out. We very much enjoyed staying here and are planning to come back again.

Amazing Oceanfront Home!

5 of 5
Our family enjoyed a beautiful week in St. Croix in February thanks in no small part to Lucy and Joel's amazing house on the ocean. We are four siblings and spouses who gather every two years from all parts of the country to reconnect. Where we stay and the amenities offered are key to the experience, and SeaViewPlay came through in every way. The four bedrooms all open to the outside with stunning views of the water. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, two ensuite. The center of the house is a large space with a generously sized table, many comfy chairs, and a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass doors that fold back to open the entire room to a gorgeous large deck, pool, bar, and barbecue area with coastal views for miles in every direction. You will never want to leave the chaise lounges - except to fetch another adult beverage! From the deck we watched two whales feeding just offshore of the house! A whale biologist friend identified them as mother and baby humpbacks. Look down from the deck to the most unique attribute of the house - its own tidal lagoon! You can float with the fishes while waves continuously break over the rocky edges. The main kitchen, while small, works well and is reasonably well-outfitted. The location is perfect! Cane Bay is five minutes away and offers the best scuba diving and snorkeling on the island...and multiple restaurants, including our favorite, eat@canebay. The atmosphere is laid back, the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks (try an orange crush!) are exactly what you need after a tough day of relaxation. They never flinched at our party of eight and seated us within minutes (with no reservations!). Five minutes the other way is Rowdy Joe's, for good food and drink and the best house-made ice cream. The island has a nice, easy-going vibe. Shop-til-you-drop visitors may not find enough of that, but if you like a little bit of history (don't miss the national park in Christiansted), mixed with rum (Cruzan factory tour), nighttime kayaking (Salt River we didn't see a lot of bioluminescence but had a great time), and hanging out with friends or family, St. Croix is a terrific destination. From meeting you at the airport to restaurant recommendations to tips on dive masters to how to turn on the barbecue, Joel and Lucy and their on-island support crew are eager to help make your visit enjoyable. We would go back in a heartbeat to a place that lives up to its name...SeaViewPlay.
