Piling on with positive review

5 of 5
As others have shared, this property offers fantastic views and accommodations for large family or group of friends. The house is perched on a hill side with wonderful views of the Caribbean and since it faces the north/east quadrant you get a chance to view the sun rise over the islands. Although it has air conditioning, the breezes during our stay made AC unnecessary. We especially enjoyed the deck around the pool, the jot tub and the open floor plan in the living/dining area. There was also enough space for everyone to get some solitude whenever they wanted. Mark, the property manager, and Greg the owner followed through on everything and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

Great Holiday Vacation Spot

5 of 5
My family very much enjoyed our Christmas 2014 stay at the "Blue Water Dream" condo in St. Thomas. The condo is located in the Cowpet Bay East condominiums, which are perfectly situated for a week-long stay on the island. The condo is very close to Red Hook, which provides a large grocery store, many restaurants and bars, and the ferry to St. John. The condo itself is in great shape. It appears that the place has just been renovated. The kitchen is beautiful, and everything was newly painted, very clean, and in great shape. In addition, the condo includes passes to the pool in the Elysian resort, which the whole family enjoyed tremendously. We had only one minor maintenance issue during our stay, and it was handled quickly and professionally.

Better than the photos! And quiet, quiet, quiet !

5 of 5
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see that everything was better than the photos.( sometimes owners post photos of the way their condo looked in the 70's). Paradise Palms is not really like a condo , it is as spacious as most villas and very private. The design and furnishings are lovely. It is very private and secure, with a gated entrance. Close to town and some lovely beaches. The view is sweeping. There is large covered veranda which stays shaded all day and shaped so you have a 140 degree view of the ocean and Buck Island. Some days you can see St. John island and the British Virgins. The pool is in view of the veranda yet far enough away to keep your privacy....this is apparently a community of upper income "snowbirds" who are seldom here and so the pool is not in use much. We had most of our meals out on the veranda, but there is a lovely dining room with a great view as well. We will be back!
