Paradise and Kindness

5 of 5
The villa is wonderful! We came back for a fifth time to St. John to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. Azul offered all we were looking for and more: a breathtaking view, an inviting outdoor living area, and excellent facilities. The location is outstanding as well--centrally located among all the north shore beaches. We highly recommend Azul! What's more is that the villa owner, Diana, is a magnificent person. She not only met us at the dock when we arrived, but also escorted us to our car rental agency. We then drove to the Azul, with Diana leading the way. Once arrived, Diana showed us all the amenities and even had some complimentary supplies waiting for us (sunscreen, drinking water, toilet paper, paper towels). Near the end of our trip, she even called the villa to warn us of an oncoming tropical storm (Bertha). Although the storm managed to ground our plans and delay us by one day, Diana allowed us to stay an extra day as we re-scheduled our travel arrangements. We truly are appreciative of everything she did for us. You will too...

Wish I Could Live There!

5 of 5
Amorosa is absolutely magical, heaven on earth. A week just isn't long enough but we packed quite a bit of "living" into our 7-days there. We hit all the expected places (Skinny Legs, Soggy Dollar, Willie Ts, etc.), had an unexpected "Kenny" sighting in Cruz Bay (cruised up on his 62' Sundancer with about a dozen young "models" on the deck). Spent part of a day lounging/swimming on Truck Bay and another on Cinnamon. Soaked up the island food and "don't worry, be happy" flare. But for my wife and I our best times were had right on the villa property, completely relaxed enjoying quality time with our friends and each other. I also re-proposed to my wife of 28 years while there (she got tired of waiting and proposed to me 29 years ago, hopefully I got it right this time).
