Great Vacation

5 of 5
Jolly Diversion helped make it a great vacation for my wife and I and our two young children (ages 7 and 2). This was our fourth trip to St John and this property has been the best value. Great views from the huge balcony and inside the home, complete privacy in a setting that feels safe with kids, located less than five minutes from town. The property is very clean and well-designed and, as others have stated, the pictures understate the interior. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry - they even have everything you need for the beach: beach towels and chairs, coolers, and a large bin of beach toys for the kids. No AC in the main living area but three large bay-facing patio doors, windows throughout, and elevated ceilings keep the house cool all day - not sure who travels to St John to sit in the AC anyhow:). Great place to enjoy coffee on the balcony in the morning (of course rum drinks later in the day) and then return to after a full day at the beach and exploring the island. Only downside was having to return to WI in Dec.. we'll be back.

Wonderful home, Outstanding Amenities, Great View!

5 of 5
We just returned from a week long stay in this beautiful home! It had everything we needed and then some! We were a party of eight ranging from 9 to 70 years young and this home was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out and expansive decks and kitchen/living room to all get together! Also, the view was amazing! It was a short drive to all the groceries/restaurants/shopping in Cruz Bay. Mark was excellent! He picked us up at the dock, took us to our rental car and then up to the house we went! We took full advantage of the grill, multiple decks and pool! With two living rooms, our children could relax downstairs before bed with a favorite TV show while the adults played a game upstairs! Our party of eight could fit comfortably in the pool and it was a great way to cool down in the evenings! We really enjoyed out time at Southern Exposure and can't wait to come back!
