Great location

4 of 5
We stayed here in March and the owners were very nice. We have stayed in other villas and this was definitely the nicest. The only thing I didn't like was all the bugs (mostly ants) and the shower downstairs made a really weird noise while using it. We did find some Ant spray and that helped but we had to keep all food in the fridge or microwave otherwise the ants would get into it. There were also some lights that needed new bulbs. The location was great. Close to town but far enough to get away from the noise and lights. Overall it was a nice place to sleep and relax by the pool after a long day of exploring.

Great, Quiet Slice of Paradise

5 of 5
Our stay at Jolly Diversion was perfect. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. It is in great condition. Very bright, clean, and breezy. My boyfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom. While there is no A/C, there are plenty of ceiling fans throughout the house and lots of through-breezes. Truthfully, we ended up putting on an additional lightweight blanket because we got chilly in the middle of the night. The views are lovely. The location is great - just a few minutes from the heart of town, but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The driveway is steep, but so are basically all driveways in St John, so nothing detracting there. Nancy, the property manager, is a treasure. My only constructive feedback would be to get sharper knives (or a knife sharpener!). They were super dull and made it hard to cut those limes for our evening cocktails. I would highly recommend this villa!

Great view, nice decks,

4 of 5
From personalized greeting at dock, highlights of town on the way to the house and full briefing on the house and amenities Mark was the consummate professional. Southern Exposure was well equipped for a large group. We enjoyed eating and entertaining on the multiple decks. Plenty of towels and sheets for everyone.
