AMAZING!!!

5 of 5
This was my first time to St. John and the second time for the rest of our group. It was very nice to be met at the ferry dock by someone from Cimmaron and take us directly to the house and give us a tour. One of my favorite parts of the house was the amazing view!!!!!! It was amazing to see beautiful sunsets and enjoy a picturesque view everyday!!! We could see some awesome boats and the group of iguanas that live in the tree just below the house!! It was fun to search the tree everyday/night to see where they would be sunning. The house was surrounded by beautiful manicured landscaping and really added to the look of the villa. The drive from Cruz Bay to the house is very short and by the end of our stay we could do it in our sleep! Just remember to stay on the left! -- The house was great for 2 couples! It was a big plus to have our own porch and control of the individual AC units in the rooms. Each room had an awesome in suite full bath with full privacy from the other rooms. They had a great closet with several shelves to put everything while we were there. There are full size washer and dryers that were great! The kitchen was highly utilized, as was the grill! The porch was a frequent spot for after happy hour snacks and dinner! We spent almost every afternoon/evening in the pool, which is shallow as you get it but gets deeper towards the opposite side (deep enough my 6’4 boyfriend could still be fully submerged). Having the chairs and coolers right at the house was very convenient!! Great for stopping at starfish market for “beverages” to take for a nice day at the beach. All of the beaches were a short drive from the house unless you venture over to Coral Bay, which took about 40 minutes but way worth it for some great snorkeling!!! The home was very secure with locks on all the sliding doors, shutters that locked from the inside and a large lock on the front door. There is a safe that was very easy to use in the house as well. Overall the house made for an impeccable stay and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the house!!!! It made my first and their returning trip to St. Johns a memorable visit!!!

Villa in Paradise

5 of 5
Our group rented the entire 8 bedroom Villa, situated on a hillside overlooking the ocean. The owner managed our visit to perfection, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. Our group of Presidents (YPO) had an outstanding time and the accommodations were fabulous with attention to every detail. It was a luxurious meeting location that would be hard to beat. Highly recommended.

You won't want to leave!

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! The place was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the rest of the house -no need to bring snorkel gear, beach equipment etc. They have EVERYTHING You need! We often said we had the best of both worlds staying at the house - we never wanted to leave the house and then we never wanted to leave the beach, but each time we left each place, we couldn't wait to return! We quickly fell into a routine where we felt we could enjoy the best of everything; wake up with a view of St. Thomas from the bedroom, breakfast on the deck overlooking St. Thomas, pack a lunch for the beach, head into town for happy hour and heavy appetizers (which was a nice way to save money on dining out but still experiencing the great restaurants since dining in St. John is so expensive) and then head home for sunset and enjoy drinks and dessert with twinkling St. Thomas in the distance. The owners are lovely, and even though they live below, you would never know. Just available when you need them. They even allowed us to ship them a package of food a head of time (in a flat rate box) to save money on non-perishables.
