Great

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. It looks even better in person. It is very clean and well maintained. Jarred is such a nice guy and was there for us at all times. I would definitely stay at this house in my next visit to St Johns. Island is small and all the beaches and attractions are very close.

The property was all we needed with amazing views

5 of 5
Me and my fiancé stayed at Aussie suite for a week to plan our wedding for next year. We got engaged last year on St John, but have not stayed on this island until this last trip. The views are amazing being right on the water. There are kayaks that are there so you don't have to rent any. The snorkeling is also pretty good right at chocolate hole. We used the hot tub a couple of times, but most nights we were so tired from the days of swimming and snorkeling and relaxing. You are not in Cruz Bay, but right by it so it is quiet and close to town about a 5 minute drive. There were people staying upstairs that we saw a couple of times outside and we only heard them once. Overall it is a great place for what you are spending i definitely recommend it.

Tre Scalini

The listing is accurate in respect to location, appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. It is outside of Cruz Bay and it is somewhat difficult to get there. But reward is a wonderful sense of isolation. It is not a place for children or people with disabilities. I would recommend it to some but not all friends or relatives. We had a delightful stay.
