Nice, private rental home in a gorgeous setting

5 of 5
This home was very comfortable for two couples as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom on different floors. There is a third bedroom with twin beds that would work well for children. The view from the deck is beautiful and we saw turkeys from the deck. Warren/Waitsfield is a beautiful area of Vermont with views of the Green Mountains and ski areas close by.

Beautiful new home in great location.

This spacious new home is right off the Sugarbush access road and within throwing distance from the Paradise deli and market, so it's perfect for skiers who need to pick up a bottle of red wine for dinner after a long day on the slopes. As for the home itself, it feels (and I believe is) brand new. It combines traditional post and beam framing with all the modern conveniences including radiant heat flooring and a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. My group of middle-aged skiiers usually goes out to dinner after skiing, but once we saw the kitchen, the cooks in our group went to work and were impressed with the all the utensils, cutlery and dinnerware. This is a comfortable place to hang out as the AV system is also superb. The owners, Holly and Chris, were organized, easy to deal with and responded quickly to every inquiry. My group had a wonderful time and plan to return annually for our guys' ski weekend.

Best NYE Ever.

The archie bunker is more than you could ask for. The unique concrete architecture seems like it might be too cold and sterile for a ski getaway but think again. The floors are heated, the wood stove is up and the fireplace is raging. Hanging out in front of the fire playing a game of jenga with various shaped rocks, curling on the frozen pond outfront, cross country skiing 5 minutes away, and did i mention you're right next to sugarbush? yeah. and best part of all, if you want none of those things, just wander around the house and you will be entertained for days. We loved our stay here and cant wait to go back. PS: Anna is INCREDIBLY helpful and wonderful to coordinate with.
