BEAUTIFUL, amazing, unique -- and completely unforgettable experience!

5 of 5
My husband and two other couples rented the church for a snowy Vermont weekend away, and we had an absolute blast. I'll share a couple of observations. The place is an incredible balance between its rustic original features and modern renovations. The open layout with overlooking loft space and multiple private bedrooms made for the perfect way for our group to have the right balance of socialization and privacy. The eclectic, unique, handmade decor was incredible. Hands down, one of the best kitchens I've ever cooked in -- complete with every piece of kitchenware you could imagine. The original stained glass windows over the original church altar made for a really cool group yoga experience on a sunny morning. Everything was spotless. Natalie made sure we had everything we needed, and was an amazing host. Location-wise was perfect to nearby snowshoeing trails. We will definitely come again!

Nice place - great location

4 of 5
The place was nice and cozy, well equipped, and the good supply of wood was plenty to keep the fireplace going the whole time we were there. The king bed was nice and comfy, and Julia and David were very friendly and helpful. The trail access right out the door is great. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a great time in Brattleboro.

Beautiful Property, Tranquil and Relaxing

5 of 5
Our family stayed in this beautiful home in the summer. We enjoyed walks, going to a nearby lake, picking up fresh eggs from a nearby farm and homemade pies from a nearby market. Our kids loved swinging on the tree swing - a lot of great photo ops as well. The nearby town of Brattleboro is also cute with a lot of unique finds. Being on this property was very relaxing and allowed us to get away from it all. It felt like a step back in time while upgraded with beautiful furnishings and amenities, with a gorgeous cook's kitchen. We'd like to return someday in different seasons -- winter for nearby skiing and fall for leaf peeping. Thank you to the owners too - they were super easy to deal with and felt like old friends.
