Outstanding value, natural wonders, and solitude

5 of 5
My wife and I booked the Pondhouse in early October in order to enjoy the fall season at its best. We were both left speechless by the natural beauty of Vermont and suprised by the lack of urban sprawl we normally see while on vacation. The small towns surrounding this property are unspoiled with plenty of attractions. Ellen has created a world class property for guests to relax within a beautiful natural setting. AND she chooses to keep the nightly rate very reasonable even though we feel other owners would be tempted to charge more (for such clean, spacious, and comfortable accommodations). Not sure how to impress upon other potential guests just how rare it is to find the combination of low price and outstanding property features Ellen has created for all to enjoy... The Pondhouse is located on a large parcel with great views of the surrounding forest, water features, and wildlife. No expense was spared during construction with expansive glass and 12-14' catherdal ceilings waiting for guests to enjoy. We loved it! To us it is a "cottage" that thinks it is an expansive estate house :-) We wish you the best during your stay and believe you will really enjoy it. We would not hesitate to book again! . .
