Afforadable, lovely alternative to a hotel.

Cute, cozy, affordable, and perfectly situated between everywhere I wanted to visit! The condo was well-maintained, and dealing with Jennifer was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Killington/Rutland area. It was a great home-away-from-home for the weekend.

Great location/Great Value/Great Getaway

5 of 5
Listen to the quiet! You will love this very well equipped and comfortable condo right on the lake with unobstructed views of the water. Just bring your toothbrush/shampoo & soap and prepare to relax. And you can travel light and just do laundry every day or two. Bring your hybrid/mountain/road bike and enjoy the back roads with minimal traffic. Dine at Laga Trattoria, Brown Dog Bistro, or Vermont Pie and Pasta; have breakfast at the Brown Cow; enjoy drinks at the Eastside or Le Belvedere. MBR is very comfortable and the shower water is hot and plentiful. Gas fireplace adds a nice touch and provides more than enough heat to take off the chill....never turned on the real heaters. Close enough to Canada to run up to Georgeville for the croissants, have lunch in Magog, and visit the Benedictine Abbey de Saint Benoit du Lac near Austin on the West side of the Lake. And if you want to cook, you'll have everything you need.

Exception lakefront home with just the right amoun

5 of 5
We are a family of five with three young children (13months -5years) with a lab puppy. Irene was amazing; she provided just the right amount of personal touch with a house warming basket (wine fruit and cheese local to VT) Loved it!!! Followed by a personal visit to ensure we were all set. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and more. The views, the lake and the outdoor patio cannot be beat! The kids and I loved taking the paddle boat out in the evenings to view the sunsets and have a last min. swim. This is the place if you really want to enjoy your family or love in a private quiet and beautiful setting. The house the location cannot be beat in the middle of it all while being away from it all. The host and the love is what makes us want to return next year. A BIG thank you to you Irene, keep up the wonderful hospitality and you will have a house bustling with happy souls.
