Our Third Wonderful Trip!

5 of 5
This is the third time that my family has stayed at this lovely cabin, and once again, we were not disappointed! Everything was in order, the weather was particularly wonderful during our stay, and we enjoyed amazing views of a full moon each night, as we ate in front of the massive windows in the dining area or sipped an evening cocktail on the porch. This time, we also discovered Grafton Village... .a place we had not yet explored. A highlight was walking over the covered bridge, along the forest trail, and then "playing" in the river. Next time, we'll have a picnic lunch with us, as we'll be back to Donna and Pete's cabin for sure :)

Peaceful and Private

5 of 5
Our family has vacationed in VT for the past 4 yrs. This location had everything you could want. The house had plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful deck and right on Lake Pauline. We fished (fishing is excellent), kayaked (no motor boats on Lake Pauline), and even went up to the next lake, Lake Rescue. Okemo is close by, and they have things to do all summer, Segway tours were really cool! Everything about the house was as Rob described, and it was clean, well maintained and Rob has been an excellent communicator, very responsive. We were very happy that this property was shared and we had a chance to enjoy it. Miss it already.

Stunning Mountain-Top Family Retreat

5 of 5
Our family group of 14 adults and two little ones had the most relaxing and fun vacation at this architectural marvel. Every aspect of this modern adaptation of a castle is custom and frames the breathtaking mountain views. The huge yet warm rooms provided plenty of space for everyone to gather and also to have privacy. The peace in the midst of 300 acres on top of a mountain was palpable--there is total silence. Our large contingent of 20-something cousins had a ball playing foosball inside, and wiffle ball, frisbee, etc. on the huge flat lawn outside. We also rented a kayak and canoe, delivered to the property, which was fun for everyone. In short, this is the dream country retreat and we would happily return.
