Really great stay

5 of 5
The apartment was both really spacious as well as being cozy. We used it as a base to 'leafpeep' during fall as part of our vacaction from the UK. Facilities were of a really good standard and Mike always responded promptly to any queries. We had some difficulty with owners of other apartments making payments from the UK before choosing Mike's, but dealing with Mike was easy and courteous. We found Proctorsville to be a really good base for travelling around the area and Singleton's Store in Proctorsville was so different to how we shop in the UK. A really fabulous part of a great vacation.

Great place for a skiing getaway!

5 of 5
The pictures and description do not reveal how spacious this apartment is. It is ideal for an extended family or multiple families. 5 separate bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths make it very convenient. Never ran out of hot water despite our group of 14. Also, two separate kitchen tables could easily seat all 14 as well. We will definitely be renting this place again.

summer secret

5 of 5
stayed here middle of July while son at camp. Great location convenient to all location in central/southern Vermont. Quiet in evening but with many restaurants open in the area.Grocery store within walking distance to stock up on meal items as well as goodies. Nature trails all around area, nearby lakes have boat rentals available. Far better than hotel the extra room gave son down time for him self after busy day. Have already recommended this property to several friends a great summer time spot.
