Beautiful unique property

5 of 5
Enjoyed 4 nights in this beautiful home as a base to spend for skiing and family togetherness. The location was perfect. We like the area around Londonderry so we were happy to find this home. Our family with my adults sons and daughter in law were very comfortable in this unique house. The home was warm and inviting and well maintained. The living room was a wonderful place to gather for games, movie watching and sitting by the fire. Meals were enjoyed in the beautiful dinning room and I loved working in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential. Lots of herbs and spices. Didn't need to buy those extras. There was plenty of room for everyone to have there own personal space. Beds were comfortable. Blankets were cozy. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The owner was extremely organized. Received terrific instructions regarding the house and the area. While we were there in the snowy season I could just imagine sitting out on the screened in porch on a summer morning drinking a cup of coffee in the morning in one of the colorful mugs from the kitchen. I would definitely rent this home again. It was just what we needed!

Perfect getaway

5 of 5
The Lake House is a beautiful home in a perfect setting. Our family of five loved our stay here, and the kids especially loved boating and swimming in the lovely small lake. The home is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well outfitted for cooking when eating in, and the setting is wonderfully serene. Luisa made sure everything was taken care of for our stay, and we felt like we were staying in the home of a friend. We highly recommend this great getaway.

Really very nice...

5 of 5
We stayed in the house for a week in June 2014.Everything was as described in the listing...It would of been nice to have the deck set up instead of us lugging everything out then back in, but I guess it added to the enjoyment. food, gas, worms, pharmacy,Etc. is about a 5 minute drive. The area the house is in is Very Nice, as is the house itself. Very dark at night, great to see the millions of stars in the night sky. Every utensil for your cooking enjoyment is there. Dishwasher. Cable and WiFi. 2 Bathrooms, 3 bedrooms.... There are So Many different things to do in a 50-60 mile radius, you can't do it all in a week !!! Try and avoid Taylor Farms, overpriced stale moldy goods. There are plenty of farmstands in the vicinity. The Saturday Farmers Market in "downtown" is a do not miss proposition. All in All, worth the money. Sleeps six comfortably.Close to all ski areas, fishing, horseback riding. The people in town were very friendly, not snobbish like some areas we've been to. I recommend it.Coming from me, that is a BIG endorsement.
